When a handful of people build automations, one shared list is fine. When finance, support and operations all build on the same platform, that list turns into noise, and worse, into people seeing runs they have no business seeing.
Spaces fix that. A space is a self-contained area inside your organisation with its own workflows, agents, data stores and members.
How access works
Access is granted twice, deliberately. Someone has to be a member of the organisation, and then a member of the space. Removing them from a space does not remove them from the organisation, and being an organisation admin does not silently grant access to every space.
Every account starts with a single default space that holds everything you have already built, so nothing moves and nothing breaks. Create more when you actually need the separation.
What this changes day to day
- Cleaner lists. People see the workflows and agents for the work they actually do.
- Sensible boundaries. Payment recovery automations and their execution logs stay with the people who own that process.
- Simpler onboarding. A new colleague joins one space and has exactly the context they need, not the whole company's automation history.
Credits, billing and organisation-level settings stay where they were, at the organisation level. Spaces are about who sees and edits what, not about splitting your account.
Getting started
Organisation admins can create a space from the organisation settings, name it after the team or the process it serves, and invite members. Existing workflows can be moved into a new space from the workflow list.
