Question 1

What is an AI-powered workflow?

Accepted Answer

A workflow is a defined sequence of steps that runs automatically, with AI handling the parts that need judgment: reading a message, classifying it, drafting a reply, choosing a branch. The structure around those steps stays fixed and visible, so you always know what ran and why.

Question 2

What is an AI agent?

Accepted Answer

An agent gets a goal, a set of tools and access to your data, then works out the steps itself. Where a workflow follows a path you designed in advance, an agent decides the path case by case, which suits messy inputs and open-ended requests.

Question 3

How is a chat agent different from a chatbot?

Accepted Answer

A chatbot follows a scripted decision tree and stops at anything it was not written for. A chat agent understands the request, looks things up in your own data, acts in your systems through tools, and hands the conversation to a person when it should.

Question 4

How does Workerflow.ai work?

Accepted Answer

You bring the process; we build it on the platform as a workflow, an agent or a voice agent, connected to your tools and your data. It runs in production with a full log of every run, and our team keeps iterating on it as real cases come in.

Question 5

Which business processes can be automated?

Accepted Answer

The repetitive, text or voice heavy ones with a documented outcome: support and inbox triage, lead qualification, quotes and order handling, document processing, recurring reporting. A good test is whether a competent new hire could do it from a written procedure.

Question 6

How is Workerflow.ai different from other AI automation providers?

Accepted Answer

Most tools hand you a builder and leave the rest to you. We run workflows, agents, voice and your data store on one platform, and our team designs, ships and maintains the automation with you. Human approval and a complete audit trail are part of the product, not an add-on.

Question 7

Can Workerflow.ai integrate with our existing tools and systems?

Accepted Answer

Yes. There are ready integrations for the common ones - Gmail, Google Drive, Jira, Stripe, Shopify, Telegram, Discord - plus HTTP calls, webhooks and an API for anything in-house. If a system has an interface, an agent can be given a tool for it.

Question 8

How do you ensure data security and human oversight?

Accepted Answer

Your data is never used to train models, and we route model requests through zero-retention endpoints wherever the provider offers one. Access is scoped per organization and every run is logged step by step. Any step can require human approval, and a person can take over a live conversation at any point.

Question 9

Is our data used to train AI models?

Accepted Answer

No. Nothing you send through the platform is used to train any model. Model requests run on zero-data-retention endpoints, so your prompts and the responses are not kept on the AI providers’ servers once the request is answered. That strict privacy mode is on by default for every organisation, and it restricts the catalogue to models that support zero retention.

Question 10

What does implementation involve, and what are the costs of using Workerflow.ai?

Accepted Answer

Discovery and scoping first, then the build, a pilot on real cases, and a production rollout with weekly iterations. Pricing is a flat monthly fee covering the build, the running of it and an included allowance for AI model usage, quoted once the scope is clear. Book a call and you get the number for your case.

Question 11

How is the data collected in the data store?

Accepted Answer

You can bulk import CSV and JSONL files, add records by hand, or let a workflow write to the store as it runs. Everything is indexed by meaning rather than keywords, so an agent retrieves the passage that actually answers the question.

Question 12

How do you choose the AI model for the specific task?

Accepted Answer

Per step, on evidence: a small fast model for classification and routing, a stronger one for drafting and reasoning. We run several vendors and pick on quality and cost for that job, on zero-retention endpoints wherever the provider offers one.
